Prior to establishing the firm, Dr. Harvey worked as a consultant on projects for Federal agencies such as the Department of Commerce and Department of Interior, and with international organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank. He was Deputy Administrator for Finance with the New York City Human Resources Administration, and was the Corporate Planning and Finance Officer for the Workers Bank of Trinidad and Tobago.
 

Dr. Harvey is a graduate of Howard University and the New School of Social Research. Since graduating from these universities Dr. Harvey has continued to build his academic expertise in his areas of practice by attending Executive programs at Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dartmouth College- Tuck Business School, and Aspen Institute. His affiliations with organizations such as the American College of Health Care Executives and the National Association of Health Care Executives also provide him industry specific experience.
